Every now and then I get these really bad migraines, the type that make me feel like my head is in a vice, and with the economy the way it is, I started looking for the cheapest fioricet I could find. I’d been getting it from my doctor for years and it was getting way too expensive, but there’s nothing else that works for the type of migraines that I get. Then a friend told me about buying medication over the Internet. He said you could get it a lot cheaper that way, and you didn’t even need a prescription.
So, I got on line and started to check it out. Sure enough, I found some really great prices. The cheapest fioricet I saw was $48.48 for a 30-day supply. I was paying over a hundred bucks, so naturally, I was a little skeptical. I did a little more digging and found out that the reason it was so cheap was because it was for generic fioricet. I tried some generic fioricet the other day for the first time, and I have to say I was pretty happy with the results. Normally I shy away from anything with the word ”generic” in it, probably because of a bad experience I once had with generic peanut butter. Supposedly this stuff was made by the same folks who produce a well-known national brand, but it ended up making me violently ill. Ever since then I’ve made it a point to avoid anything with the “g” word, unless it is something harmless like paper towels or plastic forks.
So here’s how I ended up taking generic fioricet. I felt one of my crippling migraine headaches coming on, the kind that can lay me up for three or four days. If you suffer from migraines, I’m sure you know what I’m talking about. I opened the medicine cabinet, only to find that my fioricet bottle was empty. To make matters worse, my employer had dropped our prescription drug plan at the beginning of the year, and I just couldn’t afford the refill.
